Website forms and service providers
The site is designed for deployment on Netlify. If you use the enquiry form, form data may be processed and stored through Netlify's form-handling infrastructure. We may also use normal business communication, productivity and record-keeping services to handle your enquiry and any subsequent client relationship.
AI and confidential information
Please do not submit sensitive personal data, confidential client material, passwords, access credentials or special-category personal data through the public website form. Any use of AI tools during a paid engagement is subject to the agreed scope, client-approved tools and data-handling boundaries.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers or appropriately contracted delivery specialists where necessary for the stated purpose, subject to suitable confidentiality and data-handling arrangements.
Retention
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for follow-up, relationship management, legal obligations or legitimate business records. You may ask us to correct or delete information where applicable.
