This website describes the general nature of The Applied Workflow Lab's services. It is not a binding proposal, quotation or guarantee. Scope, fees, responsibilities, data handling, deliverables and payment terms are agreed separately in writing for each engagement.

No guaranteed outcome

AI performance depends on the task, data, tools, users and changing technology. We do not guarantee a specific productivity, financial or accuracy improvement unless an explicit contractual commitment says otherwise.

Professional boundaries

The service is not legal advice, regulated financial advice, compliance certification, penetration testing, a security audit or a substitute for specialist professional advice. Where work requires those disciplines, appropriate specialists should be engaged.

AI output and human review

AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. Engagements are designed with human verification and approval appropriate to the use case. The client remains responsible for business decisions and for authorising its systems, tools, data and users.

Intellectual property and materials

Ownership and permitted use of client-specific deliverables, pre-existing materials, templates, third-party tools and software are defined in the written engagement terms. Nothing on this public website transfers intellectual property rights.
